We use Australia Post for all orders throughout Australia and Overseas.

Standard Australia Post Rates (within Australia): 

Express post is available for orders under 3kg (that fit into an express post satchel) - $10.00

Please note that orders to remote areas within Australia may incur an additional fee. We will contact you before processing order if this is required.

Australia Post delivers between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Mail times vary depending on your location.

As a general guideline -

Standard post takes between 1 – 7 business days.

Brisbane / Gold Coast – 1 -2 days

Sydney – 2-3 days

Melbourne – 4-5 days

Tasmania, SA and Perth - 5-7 days

It may take longer for areas outside these cities.

Australia Post can deliver to any address in Australia including business, residential and PO boxes.

If no one is available to accept delivery when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox advising you where and when parcels are available for collection.

Most items are shipped within 24 hours of payment.

In the event that we are unable to fill your order, one of our friendly staff will contact you.

Orders received before 2pm AEST, will generally be sent out on the same day if payment has been received. We cannot guarantee that your order will leave on the same day but we will endeavour to send as soon as possible thereafter.
