Searching for a Product

Product Ordering

Creating an Greenpet Account

1. Simply choose a consultation to suit your requirements (after you have clicked on the 'Online Consultations' button).

2. Then you will be forwarded to the given form for you to fill out your details.

3. Continue to fill out form until completed then click 'add to cart'

4. You will be forward to 'your shopping cart' screen.. simply click "proceed to checkout "
or continue shopping.

5. When you have finished shopping 'proceed to checkout' - you will be taken to a screen titled 'express checkout'.

Step 1. account details, and you will be asked if you are an existing customer or already have an account.  
- if you not an existing customer, you have two options:
--- checkout as guest
--- or register an account (this means that you will be able to sign in as a existing customer next time). 
- if you are an existing customer - sign in at 'already have an account'. 
Click the 'continue' button.

Step 2.
Billing Details --
-- if you are an existing customer, your previous details will show here (if you need to amend).
-- if you are signing in as guest or registering an account, you will need to follow the form and fill the relevant details in. All sections with a 'star' (*) are compulsory.
-- click on 'bill to this address' - this will bring up step 3.

Step 3.
Order Confirmation
(Please review the contents of your order below and then choose how you'd like to pay for your order.)
Proceed to Payment.

6. Your order will then be confirmed to you via email.

All the products are accessible from under “categories” on the left hand side of page.
Quick find is easy to use - just type in a generic name of a product you wish to view e.g. dog shampoo - you would type in “shampoo”. If it is Greenpet Herbal shampoo you wish to view - type in as an refined search - 'Greenpet shampoo'. Abbreviations can be used on products such as 'Greenpet Equine Herbal JNT' you can type in 'JNT' to view product or you could type in “Equine” to view a longer list of equine products.
Click on the photo or the text to view more information.

1a. After you have searched for a product (see “product search” above for more info). Choose from the list of available sizes the size you want and click on the “buy now” button to add to shopping cart. This will bring up the “What's in my cart” page. You either then click on “continue shopping”, or if you have finished shopping click on “checkout”.
Please note: if you have clicked on the photo or words of a product and are on the more information page the button to click (if you want to purchase the product) is “In Cart”.

1b. If you have made an error it is easy to fix on the 'What's in my cart' page by clicking in the “remove” box and then clicking on “update”.

2. If you wish to buy more products, repeat the searching and 'buy now' procedure as described in '1'. The shopping cart feature will keep adding the products on.

3. When you are finished shopping (and have checked your order for errors), click on the “checkout” button to continue the shopping cart.

4. You will be forward to 'your shopping cart' screen.. simply click "proceed to checkout "
or continue shopping.

5. When you have finished shopping 'proceed to checkout' - you will be taken to a screen titled 'express checkout'.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to order online but wish to come to our physical store to collect your order, then pick 'Option 6' (pay in store).
The next screen after you process your order will say the following:
Thanks for your order! Your order was sent to us but requires payment before it can be completed. Once you've provided payment, your order will be completed. The outstanding balance of your order is $.... Instructions on how to pay for your order are shown below.
