Loyalty Rewards 13/01/2016

Greenpet’s loyalty rewards program allows Greenpet customers to receive discounts by simply ordering online and accumulating reward points. Accumulated points can be used as dollar value discounts on any future orders. You will need to sign up as a customer or login with your existing customer account details to earn points. (Points cannot be earned if you purchase items via guest checkout.) Earn 50 points when you sign up.

Earn 1 point per $1 spent online (excluding freight).

You can also earn points by leaving an online review –

  1. Earn up to 500 reward points (value of $5) for sharing your before and after photos letting us know which Greenpet products you used.
  2. Earn up to 1000 reward points (value of $10) for sharing a video testimonial of any of our products or services.

Points will remain active in your account for a maximum of 2 years after which they will expire and will no longer be valid.

If you return an item, the points balance will be deducted off your balance.

Reward dollars cannot be claimed in cash, they can only be used to receive discounts on future online purchases.

You can check your rewards balance on your account after signing in, select the Help tab and then select My Account.

Refer a Friend and receive a discount

You can also receive a $5.00 discount coupon each time you refer a friend to Greenpet and they make a purchase over $20.  Share your unique referral links, generated in your account dashboard.

Greenpet reserves the right to change or end this rewards program at any time.

    How do you get to use the loyalty points?

      When you check out it will show you how many points you have and ask how many you would like to use. Let us know if you have any other issues.

    I have just created an account and purchased for the first time today and I am wondering how I go about sharing Greenpet with family & friends to …. “earn 300 reward points each time you refer a friend to Greenpet and they make a purchase. Share your unique referral links, generated in your account dashboard. When your friend makes a purchase, they receive 100 points”.

    I looked through my ACCOUNT DASHBOARD, but could not see the unique referral links and wonder if you can please help me with this?

    I would like to commend Priscilla (I think her name is – the lady who answers the telephone & helps with enquiries) …. for her beautiful telephone manner & wonderful help over the phone. She was very helpful each time I phoned & she very kindly took time to listen & and give me the help I needed with my order. It was such a pleasure speaking with her – she is a real asset to your company!

        We have a new referral program which provides a $5.00 discount coupon when you refer a friend and they make a purchase over $20.00 You will find the link when you login to your account. You may refer as many friends as you like. Thanks for your support!

    After ringing your contact number, and speaking to a very efficient and helpful representative for your company, I ordered the Muesli Treats and the Aroma-Calm mist spray for my Smithfield puppy, Gideon. Gideon started on these when he was only about 11 weeks old. Not only does he love them, they have digested well. I have also shared some with friends for their dogs, and they have been a big winner. The aroma-calm has also been working very well. I spray in the bedroom and on bed covers every night. Gideon has been sleeping quite well for a puppy. We love your products and service.

    I have been ordering Himalaya Liv.52 for approx. 10 months now for my 14.5 year old Chi cross. She has liver disease & had lost her appetite, was vomiting bile & having Diarrhea pretty much on a daily basis. I asked my vet if there was any natural product I could give her which may help her condition, she has never looked back & having many good days & very few bad & a lot less trips to the vet. I never expected to still have her with us, so feel very blessed that we have. I’ve been purchasing direct from Green Pet for the last 5 months & have always found them to be very helpful & polite on the phone. My order usually arrives about 24 hours after placing it depending on what time of the day I place it :-). I am very happy with the product & their service.
