Credit card payments
Credit card details are kept confidential and secure.
Please note that charges for export orders may vary by a tiny amount up or down as the actual charges are made in Australian Dollars at the published daily exchange rate. Due to currency fluctuations this rate may differ from the rate your credit card supplier uses to convert the charges back to US$ , Euros or Yen for example.
All orders are shipped from Greenpet in Qld, Australia using Australia Post. We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless goods are temporarily out of stock in which case we will endeavour to contact you to notify of the delay. We can not guarantee that all orders will be sent out within 24 hours but do our best to ensure they are shipped promptly. Insurance is available on request if preferred. Returns / Faulty goods
We can accept returns if you have ordered an incorrect product. Please return the item in (NEW condition) within 21 days of date of purchase and we will refund in full. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, then please notify us within 7 days of date of invoice. We offer exchange or refund on damaged or faulty items.
All prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Greenpet will need to modify prices from time to time and will not honor lower prices previously posted on the site.
Limitation of Liability
Greenpet Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
The product recommendations, pet health care advice, and other information provided on the site (Site Content) are not to be construed as veterinary advice and are not meant to be a substitute for a consultation with a certified veterinarian. The site content is provided “as is” to assist you, but should not be relied upon to make important health care decisions for your animals. If your animal is ill, you should take it to a certified veterinarian for an examination and diagnosis.
In the event that a product sold on the site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Greenpet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. Greenpet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Greenpet shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
