Domestic Shipping Policy


Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Wednesdays, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If we are unable to fill your order due to out-of-stock items, one of our friendly staff will contact you.

Orders sent using TNT will be shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Shipping Methods:

For all domestic orders within Australia our Shipping carriers may include Australia Post, Star Track, Aramex, Sendle and TNT.

Should you wish for your delivery to be left at your premises please select Authority to Leave (ATL) upon checkout. For all TNT orders, you must give authority to leave.

If no one is available to accept delivery when it is attempted, Australia Post will take your parcel back to the post office for collection. Australia Post no longer leave cards notifying you of this, so we advise our customers to download the MyPost App for notifications.

If you select FLAT RATE and you are not home to accept the courier delivery, the parcel may be taken to nearest collection point. This may not be close to your address. If you do not want your parcel left if not home, please select Australia Post option at checkout, not Flat Rate.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. The easiest way to assess how much your freight will be on your order is to simply add items to your cart and then select ‘View Cart’ (top right of screen) and click calculate shipping. This will present options before proceeding to payment and checking out.

Flat Rate Shipping (Within Australia) for all parcels under 5kg:

Our flat rate shipping starts at $9.95 and applies to street addresses only, not PO boxes, Parcel lockers or MS addresses. This flat rate applies to all states within Australia, providing an affordable and consistent shipping cost for our customers.

All FLAT RATE Shipping orders will be sent with either one of our couriers or Australia post – at our discretion. If you would prefer your order to be sent via Australia post then please select Australia Post option at checkout.

The flat rate is determined by the weight of the items in your order. Please note that additional charges may apply for heavier items.

This flat rate is applicable to most locations within Australia. However, some remote delivery areas may be exempt from the flat rate.

For certain remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply based on our reduced rates. These charges will be determined at the time of purchase upon checkout.

Express Post:

We offer Express Post via Australia Post, StarTrack, and TNT Express.

Australia Post’s Express service is their fastest option, but delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Please note it is not guaranteed as next-day delivery, and delays can occur, especially during busy periods.

Express Post with Australia Post is available for packages up to 5kg. If your order is over 5kg and you’d like to use Australia Post, please contact us for a quote. All available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

DISPATCH CUT OFF TIMES:

Our team packs and sends orders Monday to Friday.

We are closed on Wednesdays and each weekday from 4pm AEST. Any orders placed after 4pm or on a Wednesday will be dispatched the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: 1-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and external factors. Australia Post and most couriers are exerting their best efforts, but occasional delays may be unavoidable. Your patience and understanding during such instances is greatly appreciated.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. For orders that have arrived damaged or incorrect, please send through a picture of the products and invoice within 14 days of receiving your order.

Insurance Coverage:

We understand the importance of ensuring the safe and secure delivery of your items. To provide added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance for your orders. By selecting the insurance option, customers can protect their shipments against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

To initiate a claim, customers must contact our customer support within the specified timeframe from the date of delivery. Customers will be required to provide relevant documentation, including photographs of the damaged items and packaging, a copy of the shipping label, and any other supporting evidence.

Delivery Issues:

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. If further assistance is needed, reach out to our customer service team.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer), the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-shipment or if you prefer to cancel the order entirely, we will refund your order minus any transaction fees incurred by us (Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay fees) and the original freight costs.

International Shipping Policy

Customs and Duties:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their country’s customs regulations. Refunds will not be issued for orders stopped by customs, and customers are encouraged to check their country’s international post guide before placing an order.

Once you have ordered, if you decide to cancel due to customs regulations, we will refund your order minus any transaction fees incurred by us (Credit Card, PayPal and Afterpay fees).

Additional VAT and Taxes:

We do not cover any additional VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees upon receiving their order.
